I ordered some lashes from LashBox LA Canada and, like, they were just kind of okay. A couple of the trays looked totally fine at first, but then I noticed a few lashes were bent, and the curl, I don’t know, just didn’t look super even to me.

For the price, I was kind of expecting them to feel a bit better, you know? They were still usable, so it wasn’t a total waste or anything, and shipping was fine, but yeah, the product itself left me a little disappointed. I probably wouldn’t be rushing to buy them again.

The training was just okay this time. I feel like it used to be a lot clearer and easier to follow, but now some parts felt a bit vague and could definitely use more explanation.

I placed my order and it still hasn’t shown up. I haven’t gotten any updates either, which is frustrating because I don’t want to be out the money or miss out on what I paid for. Just feels like I’m stuck waiting with no idea what’s going on

I was a bit disappointed with how long it took to arrive. I don’t mind waiting a little, but for what I paid, I expected the shipping to be quicker or at least more reliable.

They did get back to me after a little while and helped sort things out, so I can’t complain too much. I just wish their answers had been a bit clearer. It was better than some other support I’ve dealt with, but...

I don’t think this was worth the money. I bought it after running errands on a random Saturday, so maybe I was just in a “treat yourself” mood, but the price felt high for what I ended up getting. I’ve used cheaper products before that worked just as well, if not better. It’s not terrible or anything, I just kind of regret spending that much on it

My lashes looked really nice at first, but I’m not totally sure the retention was the best. It was okay overall, though I did lose some of them quickly.

I followed the directions and made sure the surface was clean, so I don’t think this was user error. The adhesive started lifting quickly and just wouldn’t stay down. I gave it a fair shot, but it didn’t hold at all for me.
